Crushed Hardcore (6F2)
Adds Strength to underlying weaker subgrade, protecting it from wet weather. It provides a stronger platform (and acts as a cheaper substitute) for subbase.

This enables the more expensive Type 1 subbase to be laid in a thinner layer. It is normally 75mm down to dust and typically crushed brick and concrete.

Brick Hardcore

Screened Soil
Infill to improve low quality land. This material is dry and can be worked all year round and comes with a WAC II Stage test.
