Our Landfill pledge
We recycle the majority of the waste we collect, but currently we cannot recycle everything. However we have a target of sending absolutely nothing to landfill by 2014. We will achieve this through our continuing investment into the latest green technologies and partnerships with alternative waste treatment centres.

Compaction
There are two types of compaction container - static and portable.
Using compaction in waste disposal is better for the environment and your company’s finances. Up to half the space in a container full of waste can be pockets of air – empty space that is costing you money. By compacting the waste as it is created, not only can you fit more in your containers but waste transport costs and your company’s carbon footprint will be reduced.
Pink Waste and Recycling’s waste compactors can be portable or static, and have a reduction ratio of up to 5:1, meaning you can squeeze in up to five times the waste. Our compactors keep the waste enclosed to ensure hazardous, liquid or decaying waste is safely sealed, ensuring it is safe from spillages, odours and vermin.

Rear End Loaders (RELs)
Rear End Loader containers are emptied on site and are suitable for light to medium weight commercial wastes from offices, factories and warehouses. This convenient and flexible service can be tailored to suit your needs. They are easy to load using the sloping front or rear facing doors and are available in a range of sizes from 8 to 16 cubic yards. We can also provide REL containers with lockable doors for added security and hygiene.
Rolonofs
Rolonof containers are ideal for companies that generate large quantities of bulky waste. We can provide rolonof containers ranging from 15 cubic yards to 40 cubic yards. All containers have fully opening rear doors for ease of loading by either hand or machinery, and can be either open topped or enclosed. They can be used for industrial waste, builders waste, factory waste, food waste and recyclables, such as cardboard, paper, wood and metal.
Skips
However large or small your skip hire requirements may be, we can find and deliver the skip you want, when you want, wherever you want throughout Shropshire and its surrounding areas. With skips ranging from Mini’s to 12 cubic yards and available either open or enclosed, we can find you the right skip to meet your specific requirements. Whether you require a road permit, same day service or a wait to load service, one call to Pink Waste and Recycling and the job is done.

Wheelie Bins
Wheelie bins are an ideal solution for light compactible wastes from offices, retail premises, restaurants, pubs and small commercial units. Pink Waste and Recycling Trade Waste Service gives you flexibility to have your waste collected where you want and as regular as you want. They are available in a range of sizes from 240 litre to 1280 litre capacity. Their easy manoeuvrability means they can be sited close to where waste is produced and can be used either inside or outside buildings. They also come with drainage plugs at the base which makes cleaning the bins easy. We can even arrange for the bins to be cleaned on your behalf on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis.
